Anchovies may be used in a variety of dishes. These are garlic-infused and can be used in any recipe. Our anchovies are marinated in a tasty vinaigrette, which contains the “omega-3 fatty acids”.

Atlantic Cod loin, filleted and flash frozen. No bones or skin, just Atlantic Cod at its best. The loin of the Cod is the middle third of a cod fillet with a sweet, subtle flavour and pearly white flesh. It is just at home in a full-flavoured sauce as it is coated in batter, and it also works well in tandem with other seafood such as Mussels and Prawns.

Coley is a fish that has been in the UK for centuries. It’s often known as saithe, and it can range from 500g to 6kg with pale blue-tinted skin. The flesh may be off-white but lightens during cooking due to its fine flavour! There are approximately 2/3 fillets per kg

Whelks are marine gastropods known for their sweet taste and tender texture, similar to scallops. Popular in European cuisine, these whelks come ready cooked and out of their shells, requiring only defrosting before they are ready to enjoy. They are an excellent source of calcium, zinc, protein, and iron, making them a nutritious addition to any meal.

Hake are deep-sea members of the Cod family, found on the continental shelf and slope to depths over 1,000m and are popular throughout Europe and America. Hake is quite a mild fish, having a more subtle flavour than Cod. The flesh is quite soft but firms up on cooking and is well worth trying. With healthy stocks, it is a great alternative to Cod.
